is our intent to fully satisfy our customers. Given the poor nature
and character of some, we apologize that we must require all returns
comply with our admittedly strict Return Policy. We will make every
attempt to make any and all legitimate claims for returns as smooth
and painless as possible.
Return
Policy
Earthawear™
online purchases may be returned within 30 days from the original
purchase date. Items should be returned in unopened or original
condition, with a copy of the packing slip or a copy of the original
sales slip.
A
refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be
issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item to
the original purchaser. Please note that this also applies to items
received as gifts.
If
you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the
original form of payment they used to make the purchase.
If
you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name,
shipping address, email address, original purchaser’s name, and
original date of purchase (if available). Returns received more than
90 days after date of shipment to original purchaser may not be
accepted and will be returned to sender. We hold sole rights to
accept or reject gifted goods as returns that do not meet these
return criteria.
For
credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.
For
Paypal refunds, please allow 7-10 business days for refund to show
in your account.
Returned
shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being
returned because it is damaged or defective.
Items
returned requesting exchange will be subject to all applicable
shipping charges. Shipping will be charged in the same manner as
the original purchase and to the original purchaser unless otherwise
arranged for and mutually agreed upon by purchaser and Us.
If
you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please
comply with the following instructions: Detailed/specified notice
must set forth as the basis of buyer’s claim. Buyer’s claim of
damaged or defective goods must be made within 5 business days from
receipt/delivery of goods. Failure to either notify Us within the
stipulated period of time or to set forth specifically the basis of
buyer’s claim will constitute grounds for irrevocable acceptance
of the goods back to seller.
Earthawear™
retains sole rights to judgment for replacement of, and/or refund of
buyer’s original purchase price for goods, or rejection of said
claim.
We
cannot accept COD returns.
Instructions
Please
follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product
for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must
be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your
return.
Send
the item in similar or equivalent packaging as we used to ship it to
you.
Pack
the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the
shipping process.
Include
a copy of the packing and/or sales slip. We will not be able to
process a return for any shipment received without a packing and/or
sales slip.
Use
a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked.
For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal
Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible
for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until
the item is received.
