When and how will my purchase be shipped?   Shipping time As a general rule, most products will be shipped within seven business days.  Confirmed/cleared payment in full is required for shipment.  Sometimes, we’ll see a longer turnaround time from the manufacturer on out-of-stock items.  In such cases, we will notify you with an expected delivery date and your wishes to continue with your purchase.    Delivery Typical delivery will be USPS or UPS Ground.  International customers are responsible for all shipping charges where applicable (but will be given $4 USD credit toward total shipping costs).  International shipments may be subject to taxes and duties not covered in the cost of goods and are the responsibility of the customer.   Our goal is for a smooth and pleasant transaction for you – our customer.   Will you be adding more products to your line?   *      Absolutely!!  *      Look for additional shirt designs and varieties of long and short sleeves *      Other shirts: 3 button, short henley, long henley, sweat, muscle, and hoodies *      Reusable shopping tote bags *      Ball caps and coffee mugs *      Organic materials and more   Why not all organic?   Great question.   Two points:   One – affordability.  Although organic materials of construction are clearly more aligned with the idea of an eco-friendly company, some folks just won’t, or can’t afford them.   Two – the message.  We plan to offer both commercial and organic cotton because the earthawear message is the focus.   Why not American Made?  Aren’t imported shirts made in sweatshops?   The question of “sweatshop” manufacturing has come up regarding where and how our commercial cotton shirts are produced before the earthawear screenprinting takes place.  We have, and continue to, research this issue.  Our full intent is to only purchase shirt “blanks” from (companies) manufacturing facilities that meet conditions, requirements, and membership in the Fair Labor Association (FLA) http://www.fairlabor.org/.   In addition, we are endeavoring to find reliable U.S. suppliers for commercial cotton, organic cotton, hemp, bamboo, etc. that we can offer.  Our goal is to offer sustainability focused products at a reasonable price to the end-purchaser.  Stay tuned…it’s all in the works and continuing to evolve.   How does earthawear define sustainability?   Social, economic, and environmental behaviors which preserve and maintain our global community.  Policies and procedures which honor human being’s rights to a safe workplace and a livable wage.   Sustainability at its best, considers all available resources to be utilized in a manner of cooperation, conservation, and balance whereby we meet current needs without compromising future generation’s ability to meet theirs.   Does Earthawear support any causes, charities, and/or organizations?   Yes we do.  Earthawear is a WV-based business.  As such, for every shirt sold inside of WV, we will donate $.50 (fifty cents) equally split 50/50% to The Habitat Restore (Charleston) and Daymark (Charleston).  http://www.habitatwv.org/restores.shtml http://www.daymark.org/   We're currently reviewing causes, charities, and/or organizations to support that align with our core beliefs (sustainability and the environment) for products sold outside of West Virginia.  We'll be sure to update this for you as soon as we make that choice.  Whatever the final decision, Earthawear will, in-kind, donate $.50 (fifty cents) per shirt.   Donated proceeds will be disbursed quarterly based upon our fiscal year.   Disclaimer Choice of charities We support may change on occasion with or without prior notice.  The Endless Possibilities Group (EPG) LLC, dba Earthawear™ retains the right to their charities of choice and in what amounts.  We will endeavor to update any changes in a timely manner on this web site.   Are retail opportunities available?   Yes.  We are looking for retail establishments to carry the earthawear™  product line.  We offer a startup kit which includes products and displays.  Please contact us by filling out the "retail opportunities" form (see button on left sidebar) or email us at info.earthawear@gmail.com
